AppExchange Security Review Fee Updates

As part of an initiative to improve the security review experience for our partners, we’re reducing up-front and recurring security review fees.

We’re working to make the security review process faster, easier, and more transparent. We recently launched version 3 of the Salesforce Code Analyzer, our open-sourced code quality and security tool. And later this month, we’ll roll out a new security review wizard that makes it easier to submit your solution and track detailed review status. The new fee structure is part of this roll out.

Beginning March 16, 2023:

• The $2,550 initial review fee is eliminated.

• The $150 annual fee is eliminated.

• The security review fee is $999 per attempt.

To ensure a smooth transition to the new fee structure, we won’t accept new security review submissions between March 1 and March 15, 2023.
